Ministers of Hospitality or Greeters help to create a welcoming environment at Mass for all those who come to worship. Greeters extend a welcome and sense of hospitality by greeting arriving worshippers, hand out missals and attending to other needs that may arise during liturgy. They invite/assign families to do the “Presentation of Gifts”. At the offertory, they pass the baskets, and at the end of Mass they distribute the bulletin, wishing people well as they leave.
